TO THOROUGHLY INTERVIEW AND QUALIFY EACH CANDIDATE TO MATCH BACKGROUND WITH CLIENT SPECIFICATIONS.
NOT TO PRESENT “JOB HOPPERS”, “JOB SHOPPERS” OR “REJECTS”.
TO COORDINATE APPOINTMENTS AND FOLLOW THE PROCESS TO INSURE THAT ALL PARTIES FULLY UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER.
IF AN OFFER IS TO BE PRESENTED, WE WILL “TEST” IT FOR ACCEPTANCE BEFORE IT IS ACTUALLY OFFERED. THIS DRAMATICALLY REDUCES THE CHANCES OF A TURNDOWN.
