We are most valuable to those clients whose search needs are urgent.  We will work closely with these clients to learn the details of their specific needs.  Then we will design and implement a customized search based upon those needs.   Because we recognize the importance of filling these positions, we pledge the following: 

  1. TO DEVOTE UP TO 10 DAYS OF SEARCH TIME TO THE ASSIGNMENT IN AN EFFORT TO SURFACE UP TO 3 QUALIFIED CANDIDATES. 

  2. TO THOROUGHLY INTERVIEW AND QUALIFY EACH CANDIDATE TO MATCH BACKGROUND WITH CLIENT SPECIFICATIONS. 

  3. NOT TO PRESENT “JOB HOPPERS”, “JOB SHOPPERS” OR “REJECTS”. 

  4. TO COORDINATE APPOINTMENTS AND FOLLOW THE PROCESS TO INSURE THAT ALL PARTIES FULLY UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER. 

  5. IF AN OFFER IS TO BE PRESENTED, WE WILL “TEST” IT FOR ACCEPTANCE BEFORE IT IS ACTUALLY OFFERED.  THIS DRAMATICALLY REDUCES THE CHANCES OF A TURNDOWN. 

For those clients whose search needs are passive or casual rather than urgent, a customized search is not needed.  Rather, we would be alert in the marketplace for the talent in which these clients may be interested.
